Back on it?

Hi! I'm not weighing in this week as I can't go because I'm going to my own leaving do at work, since Thursday I've not been on plan I wake up with the intention, have a good breakfast and throughout the day I don't carry on with the plan.
I know what to do get back on it, but how?
Any tips e.g - food diary (I do that anyway) but something like that?

Sas logs really help me get bcd into it it then shows you where your a going wrong and b when your going wrong I think they help anyway xx
