What's wrong with your side hun? I was same, brought 4 pieces of fruit, ended up having 3 bars of chocolate!! Really craving a bag of cheese and onion taytos!! Well done on the potatoes and veg choice xx

just to update... finally got to weigh myself yesterday just to see how things are going lol!
iv lost 5 lb since my last weigh in about 10 weeks ago? lol so quite pleased with that
got a doctors appoint today as pains in side still keep comin n goin more regular now too!

being refered to a gynaecologist for more tests!

having been on here because yet again ive been off it!
set a plan to start again monday stocked up on soups etc then by wednesday id gone off track again!!
i just cant diet simple as!! but ill never be happy with my body so its abit crap really! i dont feel like iv put much on tho so just seems im stuck in a rut n still 12 stone like ive been all year! lol

well i hope 12 stone is not my natural weight?!! lol
ive got down to 11 in the past so i know i can do it but like u say maybe i just dont want to lol!
works fine break up fri for a week
still hving pain in side but finally my gynae appointment cum through n its tomoro so worried bout that! x
well well well ... im back yet again LOL
im gettin back on wagon monday wen my half term hols is over and hoping to keep on track (ish) until xmas! although its my bday on the 11th so will have to work around that one!
feel like im piggin out and havent weighed for ages!
need all help and support to get my bum in to gear!
using next few days to look at some different meal ideas etc!
