back on it!!!!!!!!!!

well as i said earlier i had big soup n bread for lunch n a ww yoghurt
n a sausage dinner for dinner - 2 sausages 6, peas 2. lotsa free veg and some roasties 5 n gravy!
 
today went down hill a little...

bfast - cuppa 2
lunch - sandwich - 10, crisps 4 and a double decker eeeeeek!
and for dinner my mom has made stew which i have no idea how to point n got some tiger crusty bread
so its safe to say iv gone into my weeklies but no idea how many iv used!!!
am really lookin forward to my stew tho :) makes me feel like being back at home!
especially this cold cold weather its been freezing here today mainly cus of the cold wind! x

got a busy day at work today as its children in need so lotsa face paintings coloured hair spray etc to do!!

In asda you can buy a sliced tiger bread loaf, just like any other loaf? might be an idea as I know I couldnt leave a full one lol! it would get lost somewhere with a pound of butter ......

think i may have to wait for new year new start as the next month is gonna be bdays/xmas etc!
friday i under eat as only had lunch n then nothin else!
saturday i had a greggs pasty and a few chips for tea!
n today ive had a pork dinner but ive had a lot of alcohol!
so this weekends been scrap!
feel crap about it but im ok wen im duin it...

Aww sure that's ok! And you actually mightn't have done any damage! I'm the same, I drank way too much fir night then needed the cure last night lol! Was a bit pissed off at myself earlier but sometimes a good blow out is needed! Cx

I'm afraid I'm useless for lunch I eat a sandwich with wafer chicken/turkey/ham, fruit and a yogurt! EVERYDAY lol!! Cx

lol if im honest im not trackin, not exactly eatin crap but having what i fancy! i think its safe to say im a write off until jan! not gonna get back it now n not much point before xmas!
but will still be around on here :)

Putting a spin on it here... 6 weeks to Xmas Shez.. Could be 7lbs down by then?? Says I here and I hiding from the scales since last week!! But I know that if I don't cop on I'll be up 7lbs instead of down 7lbs by Christmas.... And that adds to 14lbs more than I could be if I start today and make changes today.... xxxxx

its moms bday dads bday n sisters 21st all beginning of dec so that will involve meals n alcohol also?

dinner - pork veg mash roasties gravy im guessin around 18
so im not stressin myself out too much
