As from today... I have also decided to join my local group on Wed(used to do it online) I'm a bit nervous though
Also I was just wondering, can I still keep y own goal or will the leader set it?

I have just rejoined for seems like the millionth time, and all the leader has done is set my Club 10 - ie 10% of my weight loss..I think as you get nearer your target weight then you can discuss this further...
