Back on the wagon - need to lose 3 stone

Hello!

I feel like I have fallen off the wagon. I started one diary in the beginning of the year and have lost about 3 stone since.

Then I stopped filling in my diary and fell off the wagon. Firstly stopped losing weight and now I have put 5-7lbs on again.

Need to get back on it before I'm back where I stared!
I think the calorie counting is the most reasonable option for me with hopefully some exercise (I'm rubbish at doing anything)

So my goal is to lose 3 stone by 1st of June. I think it's quite reasonable target.
Oh and I weighed myself before I was 179lbs, so that will be my staring weight!

So...I think yesterday was fairly reasonable.

Had a banana and 25 g of cereal with couple of raisins and skimmed milk for breakfast about 250 cal
Ready meal lunch from M&S - chicken, potatoes, mushroom sauce 280 cal
and dinner Tuna pasta salad 200 cal
Chicken soup what I made 200 cal
twirl and 3 cookies 400 cal oops

about 1300 all together

I just realised I need to write things down or otherwise I don't realise how much it all adds up.

Breakfast:
satsuma 18cal
ww yoghurt 60
coffee 10

100 cal

Lunch:
crisps 150
2 slices of bread 200
cheese 200


snack 2 satsumas 40

dinner chicken with stuff 310
mash 100
veg 100


ooh....and that is 1200!
Will try not to eat anything today anymore!

Another day...woke up quite late and decided not to have breakfast. Waited a bit and had lunch instead.

Egg and cress sandwich 270
couple of crisps 70

calories so far 340
