Hello!
I feel like I have fallen off the wagon. I started one diary in the beginning of the year and have lost about 3 stone since.
Then I stopped filling in my diary and fell off the wagon. Firstly stopped losing weight and now I have put 5-7lbs on again.
Need to get back on it before I'm back where I stared!
I think the calorie counting is the most reasonable option for me with hopefully some exercise (I'm rubbish at doing anything)
So my goal is to lose 3 stone by 1st of June. I think it's quite reasonable target.
Oh and I weighed myself before I was 179lbs, so that will be my staring weight!
