Back on the wagon tomorrow!

I was doing so well on RC until I found jaffa cakes and majorly fell off the wagon, starting again from scratch tomorrow, I'm looking forward to a good loss!

You and me both hun was my sons birthday so had some cake then had carvery and then to top it all had a dessert whoops luckily I did hour excercise this morning and been doing every day so hopefully not effected lol xx

It's easy to fall off the wagon and takes a lot of will power to get back on. What's the odd jaffa cake here and there? You ate them, you enjoyed them, move on. You can do it. Best of luck
