Hi all!
Back on the wagon! On a mission this time!
I kinda just gave up back in November. Had no motivation and personal circumstances contributed as well.
But have booked 3 holidays this month and I am determined to shift 2 stone by May.
I rejoined group last week and weigh in is on Thursday.
Started zumba as well and "oh my...!"
I can honestly say this is the first week ever that I have stuck to plan 100%. (EE). I'm looking forward to weigh in but bit apprehensive now as the painters decided to turn up!
I roughly used around the 10 syn mark each day, peeking at 13 and lowest at 7.
Just wanted to say Hi and I'll be having a nosey around the site as it's so helpful!
