Well I am back on the wagon and getting in to the swing of things! Had the night off thursday night for my little brothers leaving do, which made me very very poorly! (food related, NOT alcohol related - I dont drink) Having spoken to a few others on here yesterday it sounds like I have developed the dreaded gallstones :jelous: and the intake of fatty food on thursday night caused an attack.

Now if thats not an incentive to not eat crap I dont know what is! The pain was horrible :(

So anyway leapt back on the wagon with a vengeance yesterday morning so am now 24 hours back SS'ing and more determined than ever. I am having a day off for my daughters birthday on 20th July, but I will be taking it a hell of alot easier than I did on thursday! Ive learned my lesson...

    You poor thing with Gallstones!!!
I consider myself fortunate that I have never suffered with anything like that (touches wood;)) but I have seen people who have so I can imagine what you went through!
I would definitely recommend a trip to the doctor though, he could send you for a scan to confirm if it is gallstones...

I'm with you that! Get it checked out my fella had gallstones when he weighed about 25st that was his wakeup call and he had to have them surgically removed in a hurry as they were that bad! he has lost 7st now and a picture of health (although 17st sounds a lot he is 6ft4 and rugby player so when you look at him he's not fat now) he said the pain was incedible and he thought he was going to die!!!!
