hey all

well im finally restarting on thursday. got my mums 50th out of the way an my aim is now my cousins weddin in dec but to be honest as long as im losin an feelin better thats all that matters.

got weighed the other day an im the biggest ive ever bin an im runnin out of clothes that fit. :(

any advice greatly appreciated.

Same situation I was in, I found I was heavier than ever and needed to sort myself out. Soon enough I was on Lipotrim and now I'm 5 weeks in with 3 stone lost and feel pretty great.

Good for you deciding to restart ... you have a good and realistic goal to aim for so thats great motivation.

This forum is a great form of motivation and support. Also maybe set some mini goals and rewards for yourself for along your journey... i and others do this.

You can and will do it :) good luck on your journey x
