So after having great support from here... I spent my morning yesterday will all my books and mags and done an online shop.. While my girls wrecked the house.. I have done so much damage this wk I don't know if I can turn it around and lose before Monday but i'm gonna give it a good try.. Got my wks meal plan and exercise plan sorted.. Cooking some snacks this afternoon to freeze and eat over the wk to stop reaching for the crisps.. I'm starting from the beginning and feeling good about it again..
