Back once again, help and motivation needed!

Ive been on here a couple of times before and had succesful weight loss.
In 2013 I had an incredible weight loss where I ended up only 4 pounds from my goal.

By that point I had reached a plateau, and became so obsessed with reaching goal that I got frustrated and eventually gave up, not realising what
great shape I was in.

I was recently scrolling through my old phone and saw a photo of how I looked then and was shocked at how healthy and fit I looked, and felt sick.

Now im going to do anything and everything I can to get back there, and if im a few pounds off goal, il be HAPPY this time.

I had so much help and support from this forum last time so I hope you will be able to help me again!

Btw, im a 24 year old male if anyone wanted to know!

Any suggestions or advice you guys could give for my journey would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance :D

I am on SW but i do understand where you are coming from. I have done SW twice before now and got near enough to target only to hit stop then get down and pile it back on. This time i have took a more relaxed approach and its definitely helped :)
Is it calorie counting you are doing??
My best bit of advice I was given was take each meal as it comes not day. They have been several times i have gone off track but i have got straight back.on it at next meal. My downfall in the past has been just thinking stuff it then making it ten times worse by eating ought in sight. Good luck with your weight loss :)

You sound very similar to me!

That was my problem. I would have one slip up and then carry it on for a week or maybe even more!
Now if I have a slip up, im a lot more calm about it, and just go back to normal for the next meal.

I got to point i ate just for sheer fun of it or i would secretly eat. But then be miserable after lol
I am always popping on here so.if you need to.rant i dont mind reading all about it :)

Thank you its took me 11 weeks to get where i am but feel so much better for it.

Im choosing Sunday as my weigh in day. It had been Monday previously but then it would usually never end up being at the same time so ive changed it to Sunday.
How about you? do you weigh weekly?

I weigh in on a thursday morning every week :)
Did do SW from home last year but just lost motivation. I call my meetings my thursday coffee morning as we all have a good giggle and catch up :)

Have you ever done calorie counting?
Yes about 2 years ago :) i liked the variety of food u could have but lost patience recording all my food lol so i went back to slimming world x
