    I don't know why I left or why I stopped, but I haven't stopped gaining. Starting to JUDDD again, but don't know if today should be an up or a down. Yesterday I only ate 900 calories, so I guess today should be an up day but I have only had an orange so far. :confused:

    Hello from another Karen! I'm restarting JUDDDD too - don't know why I ever left it either!

    Good luck with your restart. Did you manage to eat?

    hello, On my DD i try to wait as long as possible to eat. I have been sick for the last 3 days, and still feel a little sick. I find veggie soup for lunch perfect. It feels me up and is good for me.

    lost 3 pounds already :p
