I joined slimming world about 2 years ago and lost nearly 2st. Work got a bit hectic and I missed group and lost control. Then about 6 months ago I broke my left leg and ended up putting on weight very quickly due to not being able to move. I'm just about fit enough now to start going to the gym again and I'm heading back to group tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. This time as well as slimming world I'm going to be doing weights at the gym at the same time to improve the tone. I have just booked a holiday to Morocco at the end of March and am giving myself a target of 3st to lose by then.
