Hello all!!

Just though i would leave a wee message to say hi!! I have been struggling with my weight for a while now and a few years ago I lost 2 stone with slimming world. I have since got married and gained all the weight I lost and a bit more (who am I kidding a gd bit more :cry:)

I recently tried a calorie controlled diet but I hated the fact that I was limited once my calories where gone for the day I couldnt eat anymore!! So I am now going back to what I know and rejoining the fabulous world of slimming world!!! I know what needs to be done now.

I have a 7 year old son and i want to be fit and healthy and able to keep up with him in the park!

Well thats enough rabbiting form me hope to get to know you all soon good luck to everyone on their own personal journeys!!!

The before and after pictures on this site are so inspiring!!!

welcome back!!

I love slimming world, I did the same 2 years ago I lost 2 stone but then stopped attending group and then put it all plus more back on! I rejoined and in the last 3 months I've lost just over a stone so it really is easy to get back into!!

Did you only do red and green last time?! I've tried extra easy and found it good but just moved back onto red and green for a bit of a shake up!!

I did green the last time as I wasn't really a big meat eater!! Do u think it makes a difference which plan you follow?? I think I will probably stick to extra easy this time though!!

I'm trying red and green again this week and then once I've been to w.i I'll decide if these 2 weeks have been better for me or if I'm losing the same as on EE then I'll probs go back and do that xx

I lost another 2lb this week doing the red and green plans out of the new mag! So I think green and red are the way for me! 6lb in 2 weeks I'm very happy with that!! :D xx

Personally I'm much better on red and green as I know I can just keep eating if I want to . With EE I find I do have to portion control more as it's so easy to overeat and I put weight on easier with EE
