Yeah, thats sounds about right. I guess if you need a boost at any point you could always do a week or two of SS. Last time round I did SS but my CDC has suggested I do SS+ this time as I've been hungry this time, even though I'm in ketosis. I've got just over 2st to lose and desperately want to do it by April (Easter time hopefully).
