1.5 which im glad its going the right way but i walked 3 miles everyday & swam! i just felt like id worked really hard but hey :) "it doesnt matter how long it takes you to get there as long as your there in the end"

- thats ALOT of exercise, youl be building alot of muscle in your legs etc.. you wont neccisarly lose more for exercise, and although it may come off *maybe* slightly slower, atleast youl be toned and actually healthy fitness wise when you hit target too... unlike some of us who got to target and still couldnt swim 2 lengths without dying.. LOL

yehh, i supose so, i was just expecting a big loss because i can see it on my belly, but hopefully its just got more toned:) im gonna keep walking thougghh it makes me feel like superwoman at the end! :)
