Well ive been I'll the past two days and physically had no energy so sw has went out the window but I'm hopin I can save myself before Wednesday's weigh in, back to it 2mro 100% and lots of fruit veg n water xxx
Perhaps the problem!? Make sure you're eating enough. I've out on before cos I tried to starve and it doesn't work! I try to have one higher calorie day a week to boost metabolism!
don't worry i had a bad week last week with illness, * week, birthday...still lost a pound, despite eating my weight in cake and chocolate. We all get bad days, just have to write them off and not dwell on them, start again next day
I have had a horrid weekend. Not ill wise just no self control wise! Had a day off on Friday, had it planned for a while, a mountain of booze, pizza, crisps & bad things! That one day turned into Sat & Sun aswell, back on it today but feeling really rubbish. Must go to class on Wed & draw a line under it!

I had a bad weekend as well - again, not illness just saturday was rugby day which involved lots (and lots) of beer then a curry then more beer then a burger. Not looking forward to weigh in tonight but need to draw a line under it and start again tomorrow. No rugby so therefore no beer this weekend so fingers crossed for a much better week next week.
