Come on girlie we're in this together remember? I know you can do this and deep down so do you, you've done so well up to now, put this little slip up behind you, get back on your feet, point yourself back in the right direction and get marching along with me!
Believe me I've had a couple of little slip ups, mainly in the last 2 weeks, but I've left it knowing thats exactly what they are 'little' slip ups. If you dwell on it sweetie it's just a downward spiral.
So...are you with me or not?

Oh thanks hon you are absolutely right, gonna just get my weighin over with tomorrow and pick up my cd and try and get back to ssing, especially as the kids break up on thursday god i need to get organised. Not sure why we do it i felt bloody awful this afternoon had a sleep for 3 hours felt sluggish and horrible.

get backon the wagon and as others have said to me, dont beat yrslf up about it.. just pick yrslf up and start again

im back on the wagon and im sure u can do it, uve dun so well upto now..
