bah! - no weight loss...?!?

well...first week weigh in yesterday....and I'm exactly the same weight...I start at 15 stone...ended on 15 stone for the first week.

Although I think the weekend let me down, sat night had a fair few cans, snacks and a asda pizza.

Then bacon sarnies on sunday. :(

Although, I can get my belt on the next notch along...so can not be all that bad.

Oh dear, well, don't give up. You may need to drink more water also.
Try taking your measurements because I certainly find that sometimes I don't lose weight, but I lose inches!
