Are Baking Apple free or is it just apples ?

An apple is free as long as it is raw, once it is baked it becomes synned. Altho you can use a baked apple as HEb but not sure of the quantity etc

All types of apple are free when eaten raw, but all fruit once cooked has a syn value. I hope this helps!

The basic syns list, shows the syn value for fruit when cooked.
