Baked egg custard??

My OH and I used to love an egg custard now and again. I was thinking about the ingredients used and surely it must be allowable on Atkins with out the pastry of course. The recipe only calls for egg, sugar (sweetner) cream and vanilla. Has anyone tried it? I fancy making it for dessert tonight.

Done and in the oven! Used less splenda so carb count should be less.
 
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk, 120mls double cream, 120mls water, heaped tablespoon of sweetner, few drops of vanilla essence and whisk it all together gently. Put in oven in a bain marie for about 30 minutes and out it comes! I'll let you know what it tastes like later. :)
 
Oooo yummy!! Will have tomorrow for dessert if all goes well with your taste test!!
