Red Days Baked Potato

I'm wanting to mix days up as i think i'd eat too many carbs on extra easy.

On a red day if i have a baked potato, does it matter if my potato weighed more than what they say in the book it should weigh (sorry dont no the weight and i'm in bed so not moving lol) the reason i'm asking is i would be buying my potato from the canteen at work so wouldnt be able to weigh it?

Why not just do ee and reduce carbs to a max of 1/3 of your plate up sf to half and leave a little room for meat that way you won't over carb

Yeah thats helpful. Suppose if i do it on ee a wont have to worry so much about the weight x
 
Yeh just reduce carbs, fill most of your plate with superfree foods, protein then leave a bit for carbs. When you have spag bol for example have more bolognaise sauce than pasta or have some salad/veg with it to reduce pasta even more.
