Banana shakes

For some reason ive found a banana shakke in my pack when i didnt ask for one, i cant go to her house and swop it as th travelling with 2 kids is a nightmare!

Any ideas on how to make it yummy?

Mix it with choc and have banana choc. Just use half the mixed powder 2x a day. (I don't like banana flavoured stuff, so I feel your pain!) I am not sure if there is a butterscotch one - but would that + banana taste like banoffee? No idea.

Or haha mix the minimum amount of water that you can with it and "Over the lips and through the gums! Look out tummy here it comes!" bolt that sucker!

If you don't like banana ask your CDC to post you a replacement out and you can either post back the banana or take it next time.

What I do with my shakes is make flavoured lattes...perfect for first thing in the morning or last thing at night!

I blend 1 teaspoon of coffee with about 400-500mls of water and a shake in the blender and it makes the perfect whipped up latte!!!

The banana is then only a small flavouring to the coffee - banana and strawberry are my favs for this...but the butterscotch and toffee/walnut are scrummy too!!!
