    hi i have just made a weetabix cake using 2 bananas i assume i have to syn these now as they have been cooked? and how many syns would the weetabix be if i am not counting them as a h/e thanks :confused:

    think i'd better use the weetabix as h/e as ive just eaten the lots so can count it as 8 syns don't think i had better make another one my old eating habits haven't disappeared :( thanks :)

    This is exactly why I don't make these types of thing hun, all too easy to overindulge on them. I'd do exactly the same as you have done :-(
