Bananas

Hi everyone. I seem to have an abundance of ripe bananas and wanted to bake something with them. I am out to dinner tomorrow at my mother in laws so thought if I made a pudding with then Then at least I was in control of pudding. Has anyone any tried and tested recipes that they could give me please? Thank you

Me too! I'm going to stick a few in some smoothies. As for a pudding... I'm pretty sure the is a recipe for a baked banana tart type thing in this months ww mag.... But havent got mag on me x

I ended up putting them in the bin as they were a bit too ripe!
