Bank Holiday Monday and I'm starting again!

Did Cambridge last year and lost 3 and a half stone.

I have now put on 2 and a half stone (5lbs in the last week). I have tried a couple of times to go back to SS, but failed miserably.

Is anyone else re-starting this week?

Hi Im restarting today too, I did it about 6 months ago but only got to day 3, then went on to one of the easier plans.... my mistake! So have spent last week psyching myself up and am hoping for success this time... good luck...

I am also restarting this week! Got to do a month to get rid of at least a stone before we go for 2nd round of IVF in October (and gain all the weight back again!). Good luck to you both!
