I had this on holiday last week, and it was delish, so i thought i would make it at home, but with makeing it low fat, and very quick and simple,i worked it out as roughly 1 pp for the whole thing 
1 banana
1/2 sachet of banoffee mousse (you can use more if you want)
free banana ice cream ( im adding some vanilla extract to mine, to give it that "real" icecream taste)
Slice the banana, and put a few slices in the bottom of a dish
Add a few spoonfulls of free icecream
Add some more banana
Another few spoonfulls of free icecream
Mix the mousse and drissle over the top
ENJOY
