As long as you are only having one bar a day there is no reason why you should be kicked out of ketosis Obviously everyone is different.
On LL we were told to avoid bars for first four days to get us into ketosis quicker, but if you've been on LT you are probs already in it aid have thought?
I have the same thing. Whenever I have the bars I feel really hungry soon after. Have you tried testing with ketostix to see if they knock you out of ketosis. I might give it a try and see.

Just remember the sticks arent always accurate. People who drink 3 and 4 litres a day can get readings that say theyre dehydrated. One member on here lost 8 stones on CD and the sticks never once said she was in ketosis, when clearly she was.
