hey zoe your damn right it hasent affected YOUR LOSS! what a fab achievement. you started 9 days b4 me! have you noticed a lot of members have dissappeared ? site seems quieter? oh well off to have my peanut bar lol!

Yes it has been very quiet lately. I look very chatty at the moment on here but it's because I have less to read so natter away myself lol. I couldn't have got to 11 weeks without the bars, they have been a life saver. xx

hiya zoe, I have 6 bars a week always leave tuesdays without no bars don't know why! I have my weigh in tomorrow and I will have lost just over 4 stone in 12 weeks. I love the peanut bars soooo much and I don't think I would have done so well without them!
Your losses are fantastic! Why don't you try having more bars for one week and see if it affects your losses ..if it does just go back to your original 2 a week.. trying can't hurt can it x

thanks louisajayne, i will try my 4 bars this week,i too love the peanut one, its nice to be chewing! your weight loss is great. my mini goal is 4 stone by aug 23rd for hols but must move up plans in two weeks ready for off plan whilst away on all inclusive break! hope its possible, 12lb to go!!!!
