Ok. So nutrition wise the bars aren't that different from shakes and meals so how come we can only have one per day?!?! There isn't even a gram of different between banana shakes carbs and truffle bar?
 
The nutrition levels don't support more than 1 per day I think if you look at the RDA in the bars.
 
Yeah, they're lower than the other products I seem to remember.

Vlcd Nutritional Information

Carbs in other VLCD bars seem higher than the S&S ones and I guess they can take some people out of ketosis. I know I did it to myself the other day with a BL bar, 2 packs, veggies and then a S&S bar.
 
Biggest Loser Meal Replacement bar. I've been using some of those for the last couple of weeks although they're not S&S approved, just my choice.
 
Yes, but no more so than other VLCD bars and I only have 3 products a day so I'm fine with them.
 
I think it could also be connected to how you mentally view food and that eating choc bars for weight loss wont be a good route when you finish the plan?
 
Tried the lemon bar today and I actually prefer them than the choc truffle bar
