hi not sure if I am writing this in the right place - please correct me if I am wrong.

How do bars effect you? I have had bars from the first week and I am probably an "average" loser about a stone a month, however does anyone find that bars slow them down... just curious?

I've heard that bars slow down weight loss however I have a bar everyday and have lost 25ib in my first month! I couldn't keep going without them!

Bars shouldn't affect weight loss in any capacity - the plan wouldn't include them if that was the case! Some people may find that they are more sensitive to them or may be reporting poorer losses because they don't drink enough, or they genetically have more water retention... There are more factors to consider than the bars alone. :)

When I did the diet the first time - I had bars from week 1. This time I'm not having bars as I don't like the new ones. I'm not finding any difference in losses. :)
