Batch Cooking

Hi Everyone

In the New Year I am increasing my hours at work to full time so my time at home with my children precious and i dont want to spend most nights in the kitchen.

What sort of meals do you batch cook and freeze.

Chilli, enchiladas, stews, sausage casseroles, cottage pies, soup

I would add lasagne, moussaka and pasta dishes.

Curries are always a good one to batch cook and freeze.
