Batchelors past n sauce & rice

Hi all,

I've started doing Sw at home and if I get on ok I will sign up online next week, my question is is the Batchelors pasta n sauce and their rice free on a green day, to be honest I only eat the broccoli and cheese and wholewheat tomato and vegetable pasta n sauce but I eat all the flavours of the rice.

All of the rice is free! Some of the pasta 'n' sauce flavours have syns but not many
