Hi all

I have recently joined Slimming World online and so far so good, recipes are fantastic but wondering if someone can help clarify something for me?

I'm not entirely sure what plan I am following lol!!

I "think" I am on food optimising but then I read recipes that mention being on a red or green day ..... what on earth is this, its mentioned online but not explained, is there more than one plan that I can follow?

Red and Green are the old plans. Slimming World changed them so time ago.
