Be honest, have you cheated?

Only day 7 but no. I am doing SS+ and am having small meal with the odd milk in tea but that is still within the realms of ss+.

When I did SS before I would be 100% good. This diet costs too much to cheat. I would have days off, but they were planned days (birthdays etc) and I would get back 100% the very next day. I'm planning on having the 2nd October off as this is the day after my anniversary and we wanted to have a meal.

I'm crap...I cheat alot, I can go weeks and be 100% then have a week when I can't get in the zone.

I never have meals but will pick a food like bread, chocolate, sweets. But it's never beacause I'm hungry!! I have no idea why I do it but I do.

But I always still have my 3 CD meals aswell.

No.. Been nearly 6 weeks now - I read somewhere on here that the longer you're on the more energy you get fromfat burning so I wouldn't want to have to go through those 6 weeks again for the sake of one bit of food!! I'm starting to work up through the plans in 8 weeks though so it's not that long really, just keeping my head down and plodding on!

I had 1 night out that I was prepared to cheat for as I have zero social life for months on end and I drank a bottle of wine and had about 6 chocolates during the day and evening on top of CD. Oh and about 2 tiny mouthfuls of ham about 3 weeks ago.

I had a pub meal in about week 3 but I chose a chicken green salad with no dressing and called it and SS+ day.

What i do is if i cant help my self is i have a tiny bite of something i know its cheating but if it helps me to stop bingeing . My 3rd week starts tuesday so im going to try not to nibble on anything .

I still haven't cheated yet but I'm tempted to cheat every weekend. It's so hard watching my family eat my favourite fast food. :(
