Im doing this food diary to keep an eye on what im eating because i am obsessed with food! I can literally spend all day researching food recipes and then cooking and eating them at night!
Its time i recorded it so i cant forget what ive eaten....
so here goes, starting with yesterday!
Wednesday 2nd Jan 2013...
Breakfast: Allbran with semi skimmed milk - used both healthy extras
Snack: Bowl Fruit with ff natural yog and sweetner
Lunch: potato scones with beans and bacon
snack: banana and yogurt (1/2 syn greek muller)
Dinner: Chicken done with smash and eggs and bbq frylight, red cabbage, turnip and carrot mash and roast potatoes and gravy (2 syns)
Snack: mars ice cream (7 syns) and a bag of popcorn from sainsburys low fat range (2.5 syns).
Total syns was 12.
Weight - 12st 12lbs
Also, was preparing some cauliflower curry sauce (syn free) for tomorrow nights dins and ate some of that over left over chicken from dinner! whoops! At least syn free and superfree but did i really need to eat that as well! lol. i dont think so!
