Hello Everyone

I've been on minimins for sometime and have bounced between Slimming World, Weight Watchers and Calorie Counting.

I have always loved SW and the theory but I just struggle to get the weight off.

I did SW when I was pregnant and had great success and always wanted it to work for losing weight.

So here I am back again ready to give the plan another go.

I'm going to be up front and say my food diary will contain one or two tweaks but they will be just to help me along the way and won't be everyday day

Firstly I will be having smoothies but I'm planning on keeping each fruit to a max of 80g each and don't make them everyday.

Second tweak is white bread but again that's when I'm in a situation where I can't always pick Wholemeal.

So moving on.....

I'm a mummy of two girls (ages 7 & 5) and I work 5 days but part time. I want to at least lose 1 stone so I know it maybe a little bit harder. For me though it's more important to me to eat healthy so I'm happy if it takes ages as long as I'm following the plan

Smoothie - 80g Raspberries (S)
80g Strawberries (S)
1 Banana
100g 0% Natural Greek Yogurt

Lunch
Wholemeal Roll (Healthy Extra B)
30g Philly (1/2 Healthy Extra A)
Lettuce, Tomato & Pickled Onion (S)

Dinner
Jacket Potato
Baked Beans
