Becca: Week 1 weigh in

well its the end of the first week of my diet...
just a simple low calorie diet im trying...
just making meals off fruit and veg and only meat i am eating is chicken.

well last monday i weight 12st 12lb
now am 12st 7lb
thats 5lb in a week... am SOOO Happy!!

so you know my stats im 5'2 so am classed as obese and i just DONT feel healthy... had enough off feelish sluggish and fat and just want to be healthy!
im excerising 4 days for an hour a day and im not finding it too hard...

anyway ill get back to yall next week to let yall know how i am doin!!
