Can never do a diary on Friday and Saturday as cannot find the time! Didn't stick 100% to plan on Friday but feel ok with it and feel positive again after maintaining on Friday!

Thank you! I think i have just found the reason I maintained and it all boils down to being a girl ;( Hope it doesn't effect this weeks WI. Can't say I do lots of exercise, just 10 min walk to and from work! Lol

Oh god yes, I cried last week because I maintained and wanted to cry this week as I was so happy I had lost! Very odd emotions!

Yesterday morning started off well with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and then I had a grilled chicken breast for lunch then stopped eating because of a dodgy stomach. Was throwing up at 4 this morning so only had tea and toast today. Feeling a lot better and can't wait to start again tomorrow!

Have had a stressful time at work today so considering that when I left work all I could think about was eating crap I managed to change that. Had the kit kat before I started stressing so I think I did really well not to loose it altogether! 17.5syns is not too bad for today so I'm happy with myself.

Had a bad weekend in regards to eating! Have eaten everything in site and had a KFC on Saturday! Only had one meal yesterday which was a slimming world meal but don't think that will make up for it lol. Fresh start today though and back on it properly!!
