1st week done and dusted and I was down 5.3kgs which the pharmacy advised rounded out to 12lbs! Delighted the aim is to have 6 more weigh ins hopefully I can tough it out that long!!

7week goal 2st 7lbs! (35lbs)
Left 1st 9lbs (23lbs)

That is absolutely fantastic you must to so pleased! I'm back tomorrow. I've given myself ten weeks to lose as much as I can before my holiday I've had a couple of false starts but raring to go now.

Hope you got off to your start, it's very hard to commit isn't it you can always find that event or dinner next weekend and convince yourself I'll start after!! It's 11 weeks this weekend till our holidays so excited I cannot wait!
