Lost 1lb this week. Not as much as I was hoping for but at least its in the right direction :D

Breakfast. Apple and HiFi bar hexb
Lunch left over quiche with cheese. Hexa
Snack. Grapes and 3 biscuits. 12 syns (oops)
Dinner. Quiet coke quorn with rice.
Snack. HiFi bar and crisps 5 syns.
Syns today 17/15 oops. Will have to have around 10 tomorrow

Lunch. Left over diet coke quorn with noodles
Snack. Crisps 4 syns
Dinner: quorn sausages ( the low far syn free ones) with cheesy mashed potato hexa and vegetables.
Snack. Mini ice lolly 3 syns and freddo bar 5 syns. Milk for teas hexa.
Total syns: 12/15 :)

Some good food choices there Becky, well done.
I've recently tried soya chicken-style pieces, they were from Asda and so good! I saute some peppers, onions, mushrooms and the soya pieces until golden, added some sauce, 1/4 jar low fat Cantonese sauce (4.5 syns) boiled rice and was just like a Cantonese chicken dish!!
