Hiya, becoming a CDC was the best thing i could have done, i was only on the diet for 3weeks the first time round and i wanted to do it. You have to have a BMI of 28 or below and have to have been on the diet for at least 2 weeks. My CDC helped me to become one and it's been great!

Does anyone know if Cambridge will be taking this diet to Canada? I am from the UK, but will be applying for my Canadian Permanent Residency at the beginning of 2010 (my fiance is Canadian). If they had any plans to take this to Canada - I would love to become a CDC when I reach my goal.
