I have had
B 2 egg bacon omlette,mushrooms

L. Grilled gammon steak, carrot swede mash, grilled onion

D beef bolognese, (loads of carrots, swede, courgettes, onion and passata) 200g jkt spud.

Wondering if I can have sm wm role with garlic as a healthy option too or syn it?

I take it you are on an EE day in which case you didn't have to weigh your potato and yes you can have a 57g wholemeal roll as your HEB.
