    Hi,
I just had a beef burger (no bun) with veggies and potato for lunch.
I am on extra easy plan (joined SW last night)
    Is this burger syn free?

It depends what burger it is. Was it home made? Shop bought? Only an extra lean mince burger with no synned stuff added would be free.

It's from my canteen in work. They did win the happy heart award for healthy cooking methods etc. Do you think I need to syn it??

It will almost certainly have syns as the meat is unlikely to be lean and there will also be fillers in the ingredients. That is before you take into account cooking methods. sorry!

Its not really possible to say as we dont know what it was made of or how it was cooked, it could be five, ten, fifteen, who knows. Your best bet is to draw a line under it and start again tomorrow, just avoid eating things like that when you can.
