    Avoid puddings lol the syns in them are dreadful, and salad dressings. ask for no butter on potatoes etc etc x

    I'm off to one later! I'm gonna have Honeydew Melon to start, then a steak with JP no butter and a salad no dressing then add my own I'm smuggling in in my giant primark handbag XD (I'm counting the whole meal as 6 syns, 5 for how the steak is cooked and 1 for my dressing :) )

    They have added 5 syns as the steak was probably cooked using oil/fat :)

    Ah. Thanks. I keep forgetting about that. Thought it might make a difference as to how its cooked or something silly. Just me being totally blonde :-D and I can say that coz I am.
