I know I shouldn't do it but Ive promised myself I'd only do it today on my second day of CD out of curiosity 
I weighed myself and was very excited to see 16st12lb as I stood on the scales, considering yesterday I weighed 17st1lb - I'm so excited for my first weigh in next week now
