I kind of disappeared for a while as there was a lot of things going on and then I ended up taking a break etc for xmas and new year. I have gained 6lbs in the time that I was off... :S started back on the 2nd of Jan and I intend to keep on it till I go away on March 10th.

thanks hun, yeah i was quite pleased coz i honestly felt like i'd put loads and loads back on. my cdc said its mainly water which will be gone in my first week back... i have just done a sneaky weigh in and i've lost it and a little bit more... so i am really chuffed!!! i have weigh in on wednesday so we'll see how that goes

that was real eating and over indulgence for most of dec, inc of masses of alcohol too. from 19th really to my weigh in on the 2nd jan.
