Been Awol

Evening all, been awol for a few days and my eating has been terrible, i have ate everything in sight and sweets every night. I don't know why i do this as i had lost 2 lbs on monday but i have put it back on again.

I went shopping today and tried on clothes and was so annoyed at how i looked in clothes and in the mirror:(:sigh:


Going to go for a fresh start and try and get back on track.

At least it has only been a few days and now you reeled your self in. Dont over analyze why it happend and dont beat yourself up just forget it, new day new start. xx

best thing is to just learn from it; I've been there a few times myself; always following a good loss, or a milestone reached; it's like I think my body has done so well it needs rewarding! Saying that, this week I have been absolutely starving; have gone over my points a couple of times including today; I am hoping it is because I have been busy decorating, so hopefully I will still get a loss of some kind...
