and.... I've set myself a budget for the rest of my time on Cambridge, hopefully I'll be at goal by the end but if not It'll be healthy eating and exercise from there on.

Plan for now is 810 till end of Aug, 3 weeks 1000, 3 weeks 1200, 3 weeks 1500. Takes me up to the end of Oct.

Got a stone and a half to go but after todays struggles which ended up giving in and binging its probably more like 2 stone now. :cry:

Also really need to get motivated and up my exercise and do more than just walking, it'll help improve my mood too.
